Since inception REL has always endeavoured to develop the finest possible technology in the production of jewellery. At its Manufacturing Facility REL utilizes some of the best technology available in the world. REL has procured technology from across the world and also from the Indian markets. Whenever required REL has developed its own in house technology to meet specific production challenges.

REL extensively utilizes latest technology at various production stages like:

• Alloying - REL has developed proprietary alloys and utilizes the latest alloying technology for creating various gold alloys.
• Melting - Gold alloy and other precious metals are melted using induction technology.
• Wire Drawing - Specialized wire drawing machines and diamond dyes are used for wire drawing and for production of various other raw materials.
• Master Making - Some of the most advanced prototyping equipments are used for creating masters of jewellery pieces.
• Casting - REL has developed technology to cast some of the minutest and fine filigree designs.
• Chain Making - High precision robotic machinery are used for producing the finest chains.
• Engraving - Laser technology is extensively used for making engraving dyes and for marking the jewellery.
• Soldering - REL has created process for solder free handmade jewellery using advanced laser soldering technology. Laser technology is also extensively used in soldering various parts of jewellery.
