REL has set up the world’s largest jewellery manufacturing facility at Whitefield, Bangalore. The manufacturing facility is fully integrated to produce world class jewellery from raw Gold. Due to the complete integration, REL produces jewellery of guaranteed purity and finest finish at the lowest prices in the world. The current Manufacturing capacity is to process 250 tones of gold per annum into various world class products and jewellery.
The manufacturing facility is capable of producing hand-made jewellery, casting jewellery, machine chains, stamped jewellery, studded jewellery, tube jewellery and electro-formed jewellery. REL has developed systems and procedures for each of these types of jewellery. The manufacturing facility utilizes a combination of handwork, machine-work and advanced technology to produce the finest jewellery in the world.
The manufacturing facility is specifically designed to control the wastage of Gold. Advanced and practical Gold recovery procedures are employed to achieve the lowest Gold wastage in jewellery production in the world.
REL manufactures the largest and the most varied range of jewellery designs to cater to the diverse global and domestic markets.
The manufacturing facility is built to provide a comfortable and productive environment to the artisans and jewellery makers. The factory is spread over ten acres of land with a built-up area of over half a million sq.ft. Housing accommodation and various other facilities like medical, entertainment and playground are provided to the artisans and their families.
Advanced technology like prototyping, laser etc. is extensively used to produce international class jewellery. Each piece of jewellery produced is subjected to strict quality control measures to ensure consistency.
